This website is operated by DALYGOIN S.A.C., identified with Tax ID (RUC) No. 20615340180, with registered address at Av. Hipólito Unanue, Peru, engaged in the commercialization of tickets for events, recreational activities and tourism services, as well as the organization and sale of tours, whether own or third-party, within the territory of the Republic of Peru and internationally. Hereinafter, DALYGOIN shall be referred to as “the Company”.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing, browsing and using the DALYGOIN website grants the status of user and implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the website and the services offered.

3. Purpose of the Website

The DALYGOIN website aims to:

• Sell tickets online for events and activities.
• Promote, book and sell tours and tourism experiences.
• Provide information related to the services offered by the Company.

DALYGOIN reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove content or services without prior notice.

7. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Conditions for changes, cancellations or refunds depend on the type of ticket, event or tour purchased and will be informed prior to purchase. Refund deadlines and conditions may vary depending on the service provider when the service is delivered by third parties. In case of cancellation of the event or tour due to causes attributable to the organizer, DALYGOIN will manage rescheduling or the corresponding refund according to the provider’s policies. Refunds will not apply in cases of non-attendance, delays or personal decisions of the user, unless expressly stated by the provider or the Company.

8. Liability

DALYGOIN acts as an intermediary in the commercialization of tourism services or events provided by third parties (operators, agencies, organizers), who are solely responsible for the execution, safety and quality of the contracted service. The user acknowledges that participation in tours or activities may involve risks and declares being in adequate physical and health condition to participate, assuming the corresponding responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, trademarks, designs and software) is the property of DALYGOIN or its licensors and is protected under Peruvian intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. Personal Data Protection

DALYGOIN complies with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law of Peru and its regulations. Personal data provided by the user will be used solely for the management of the services offered, in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

11. Modifications

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
